About the Role

We’re seeking an ambitious, self-motivated sales professional to drive growth for our web development and digital services business. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
• Visit local businesses in Quincy and South Shore Massachusetts to build relationships and generate leads
• Utilize lead generation software and CRM tools to track and manage your pipeline
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with our technical team
• Close deals and maintain relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B sales (web/tech industry experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a commission-based environment
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
• Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing (technical skills not required but helpful)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local business visits

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission Structure: 15-25% commission on all closed deals
• Earning Potential: 0K-50K+ annually (based on performance)
